On Saturday night, our esteemed American Culinary Federation Chefs prepared a delectable six-course meal at the charming Carmel Highlands home, Zenwood, of Wendy Brodie.
The American Culinary Federation (ACF), established in 1929 in New York City, is the largest professional chefs’ organization in North America, with over 14,000 members across more than 150 chapters.
