Monterey Bay ACF members, Chef Anthony Pangelina, Chef Jonathan Guitierrez and Chef Lucas Ho conducted an Olive Oil Tasting Class for students and culinary professionals with Corto Olive Oil’s resident olive oil expert yesterday at UC Merced. They also prepared and served a multi-course meal featuring extra virgin olive oil. This is the first of a series of local food educational events focusing on the bounty that the Central Valley has to offer.
