Come learn the art of fruit & vegetable carving with Chef Ray Duey. Class limited to 16 people. Cutting boards & all class tools will be provided.
Open to ACF Members and the public.
Chef Duey specializes in making carving reachable to a wider audience by using tools to minimize the amount of time and effort needed to produce a beautiful carving.
