Please join the American Culinary Federation Monterey Bay Chapter’s Green & Sustainable program for dinner prepared by Chef Soerke Peters at his new restaurant, Mezzaluna & an educational event featuring Lisa Wegley, Engagement Lead, discussing the Blue Zones Project – Transforming Environments, Monterey County.

Inspired by the world’s longest-lived cultures, Blue Zones Project® works with community leaders to lead and ignite a well-being transformation, where people live better and longer by improving where they live, learn, work and play.

We will share how healthy eating and lifestyle choices will play a key role in transforming Monterey County into a healthier community.
