A special shoutout to ACF member Chef Anthony Pangelina, who served as moderator for the evening’s Fireside Chat, leading a meaningful conversation around reclaiming Indigenous foodways, cultural identity, and food sovereignty. And kudos to our ACF chef members who crafted the reception menu using recipes inspired by Indigenous cuisine, featuring local and seasonal ingredients. ACF member Chef Monica Torres, CCC, and her talented culinary team traveled from Visalia to contribute their support to the event.
